NHS premises restrict patient care and efforts to clear COVID-19 healthcare backlog
This week Assura published the results of their recent survey of 1000+ healthcare professionals commissioned in collaboration by YouGov.
Four in ten (40%) healthcare professionals say the premises they work in are constraining the services that can be provided to patients. It is without a doubt that the effects of Covid-19 have impacted national healthcare services immensely, including the growing backlog of numerous appointments, consultations, and treatments.
Although there is not one objective route to tackle and solve the post-pandemic effects, this survey outlines the exact areas of improvement.
