Theresa has advised over 100 businesses on their content technology and data design strategies, including over 20% of the Fortune 500. Her clients have included Coca-Cola, Nestlé, IKEA, Christies, and Shell. More recently, Theresa’s focus has been working with organisations to preserve cultural heritage through digitisation and preservation; she has worked with The Boston Symphony, Art Fund, The British Museum, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and many performing arts venues.  

Theresa is the author of the definitive book on managing digital marketing & media assets Digital & Marketing Asset Management: The Real Story of DAM Technology and Practice. For the past decade, Theresa led a research company focused on independent analysis and evaluation of technology products, and a consultancy acting as an advocate for buyers making high-cost technology investments. She is currently Chief Strategy Officer for KlarisIP, a firm focused on intellectual property management and monetisation.
