Margaret has run companies in the U.S. and U.K. and started writing because couldn’t find anything that expressed the problems and rewards of a working life. After 13 years of prize-winning radio and television programmes at the BBC, she pioneered internet technologies and companies in the US. In the last 10 years, she has published five books. The most recent include Wilful Blindness (described by the Financial Times as one of the most important business books of the decade) A Bigger Prize (winner of the Transmission Prize 2015) and a TED book, Beyond Measure. Her TED talks have been seen by over 5 million people. Margaret works with technology, finance and scientific organisations all over the world to improve their culture, creativity and productivity. She holds an honorary degree from the University of Bath, mentors senior and chief executives around the world and blogs for the Huffington Post, Fortune and the New York Observer.
